Yoga has been a part of my life for over 20yrs. I remember first being introduced to it by a very elderly sir (in his late 60s) and being amazed by his energy, flexibility, enthusiasm, and aspiring to belike that when I grew old. Later I took it up more seriously for health reasons as I suffered from acute migraines. Over the years, I realized that apart from the fitness and health benefits, yoga became a way of life. Recently, I have been more drawn to it when I became part of The Holistic Yoga School and meditation became a part of my routine too, thanks to my teachers. Today, I am a certified Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and conduct online and offline classes for all age groups.
I have also been conducting Indian cultural, cuisine, and yoga workshops across the globe as it gives me immense pride and satisfaction to help people from various parts of the world discover the wealth of our traditional wisdom. More importantly, in this age of technology and growth, yoga provides a very simplistic discipline that helps one unwind, destress, and discover one’s own body and mind.
In my sessions, I connect with people and help them build a personal routine of simple exercises, breathing, and meditation. Focusing on consistency, they will see a difference in their overall well-being, and efficiency in work with a much relaxed and broader perspective on life.
