Sailesh has more than three decades of hard core professional experience. He started his career in the Army. Achieved creation of a distinctly skilled, high performance team in GCC, steeped in high Values and Ethics. The team was knit from a multitude of nationalities, for the prestigious Nuclear entity. His tenure in trenches taught him practical lessons in impactful Leadership, skillful team-building and boosting emotional intelligence. In the Corporate sector he headed the Learning and Development department of a Company in Qatar with around 10000 employees. He transformed the company by raising the bar set on Talent building, Organizational Development and Leadership skills, and coaching the employees to attain the new set standards. He also had a successful tenure as an Executive Director of a multi cultural company in UAE. As a certified business coach and consultant he also has MBA in HR and Marketing from XLRI. He is an Internationally Board Certified CPP and held the post of Education Secretary for ASIS(American Society for Industrial Security). His approach includes working with leaders to link personal insights to organizational behaviours that create collaborative business Culture & boost Performance.
